Join our small and friendly kitchen team to produce award-winning, innovative and inspiring dishes to delight our diners. Our modern kitchen suite is fully equipped and looks out over the kitchen garden and Dales countryside beyond. The dining room seats a maximum of 30 covers and benefits from an open pass to the kitchen. Chef de Parties are responsible for their section as well as assisting the Head chef and Sous chef with their duties. Suitable candidates will have experience at 3AA rosette or above. Successful candidates will be enrolled into the company tronc and pension schemes as well as benefiting from generous staff discount and the opportunity for further training and development including apprenticeships.
